Jennifer Lawrence has steadily become Hollywood's favorite sweetheart and she continues to maintain her it-girl status in the fashion world as the face of Dior’s fall collection.
Jennifer Lawrence has been faithful to the French fashion label for years, and has been wearing nothing but Dior to every awards show since her career took off after The Hunger Games in 2012. The rumors of an exclusive deal with Dior were confirmed last year, and the two appear to be a perfect fit. Lawrence’s deal with Dior includes her spokeswoman title for the brand, her presence in the new ads, and evidently, her rather monogamous and incredible choice of award show dresses.
The campaign features Lawrence in a natural, undone, but classy look - very typical for the French brand. Similar to most other French high-fashion labels, Dior is all about understated extravangance, and this campaign is no different. Lawrence looks perfect in the campaign, shot by none other than world-renowned fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier. As one of the world's most famous photographers, he has worked on Dior’s campaigns for years.
Lawrence walks in the footsteps of other major Hollywood celebrities as the face of Dior. Previous Dior spokeswomen include Mila Kunis, Natalie Portman and Charlize Theron. And Lawrence as a spokeswoman is very beneficial for the brand when the stunning Dior dresses grab a crowd's undivided attention on every major stage and awards show as she accepts a new honor and yet again charms her way into our hearts.
