VIKTOR & ROLF FIRST MARIAGE COLLECTION WITH JUSTIN ALEXANDER

Nothing is more attention grabbing than pure ingenuity, especially when it is expressed and executed properly. Luxury brand Viktor&Rolf did just that by collaborating with multiple award- winning international fashion designer, Justin Alexander. The Dutch designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren are no foreigners to gravitational designs, considering they are globally known for their nonconformist approach to wedding gowns. They've stated, "We have always been fascinated by wedding dresses. A wedding dress is like a story, a small universe in its own right. It is an icon of one of life's most precious moments. Each dress in this collection has an individual, autonomous character. Our love for wedding dresses is evident considering the many times we have designed them throughout the years." Maintaining such a firm position within the industry since the brand's founding in 1993, it is only fitting that another great talent would be a worthy candidate for a collaboration. Justin Alexander reflects quality, skill, and reliable brand growth. What better person for the role! Justin Warshaw, president of Justin Alexander stated, "With this exclusive collection, we look forward to bringing Viktor & Rolfs' iconic designs to life and adding another great brand to our portfolio." The launch contained designs that included impeccable detailing, Viktor & Rolf's iconic bow signature, precise handcrafted embroideries, intriguing voluminous tulle designs, and feminized looks with a twist of originality. The line was said to emulate three points of focus; unexpected elegance, conceptual glamour, and provocative couture. July fourth and fifth of 2016, in Paris during Haute Couture Fashion week the highly anticipated Autumn/Winter 2017 collection was open for preview by appointments only. Viktor & Rolf's Mariage collection's structured approach mirrored an unforgettable collaborative team without a doubt! They are proof that stepping out of the box works!
