Name: Edoardo Iannuzzi
Profession: Product/Industrial designer, now shoe designer and entrepreneur for my own fashion label, Veeshoo.
Origin: Born in Rome, Italy.
Edoardo Iannuzzi, born in Rome and based in Milan; started out as an industrial designer but embarked on designing shoes for the fashion label Veeshoo (www.veeshoo.com) a line of smart and innovative shoes that have a minimal, contemporary style that is ideal for travelling, using a patented system of closure. He won the Vogue Accessory Award for innovation and creativity in shoe design in 2012. Now he is collaborating with top designers Nicholas K and Giorgio Brato for two special capsule collections.
Your Passion:
To discover how things are done and then make them myself. I like to experiment with creativity especially in art, painting and sculpture and video-making.
If I weren't me, I'd be:
A bird, flying high.
Best trait about yourself; physically and mentally:
I’m a good listener and observe things from different point of views.
First time in the morning:
Walk to the espresso machine and start having two, three coffees while I do my morning gym routine, then take a cold shower.
Mealtime Ritual:
Always running around therefore when I actually have a moment to sit down and have dinner it is a treat for me. Good wine is always a must!

Doing something you would regret
Have you experienced unrequited love, and if so what did you do about it:
When I was 9 years old, I was in love with an English girl. She wasn’t interested at first, so I gave her everything I had in an envelope which consisted of my artwork and my pocket money. Unfortunately, she still did not want to talk with me.
Dream Date:
on a vintage sailing boat at sunset with a bottle of white wine.
Favorite Designer:
Philippe Stark (industrial designer) for his elegance in creating new aesthetics that mix the old with the unseen.
Favorite Musician:
Jim Morrison, Ian Curtis, Paul Banks.
Favorite restaurant in NYC:
Lobster bar, a casual place where you can eat a delicious lobster
