The runway is a facade for designers to stage their vision, the strictly choreographed back-and-forth of models shinning a never-ending flow of clothes.

The second half of Fashion Week has certainly been a little slower than the first. Being fabulous both all day and all night for several days in a row is obviously exhausting, and we are all grateful that Fashion Week is not Fashion Month. Even though the second half was a little slower, it was just as good, and several parties have been thrown these past few days.
On Monday, it was time for Galore Mag’s party, and with Azealea Banks on their cover and rumored to show up (even though we saw no sign of her), the party was anticipated to be a roaring good time and it certainly was. Orlando Bloom and Paris Hilton were also out Monday night. They were spotted at Purple Mag’s party, who repeated their successful party from last season’s FW.
Tuesday, Timo Weiland had his party down at Bar Naná, and once again he showed us that the venue can be used to throw a good party. EnNoir also threw a party on Tuesday at the Park Avenue Armory, and Tyson Beckford and Victor Cruz were just a few of the attending among the good-looking crowd. Fashion Week certainly brings out the best (and best looking) in people.
On Wednesday, it was Jeremy Scott’s turn to celebrate his collection, and where else than Up&Down to create a fabulous party for even more fabulous people? The party was blasting, and in the crowd we could spot his entire runway show, as the models who walked today were wearing Jeremy Scott’s designs from top to toe. This one was definitely one for the books.
Another party Wednesday night was The Blonds after party at the Glided Lily. To repeat the success at the venue after Alexander Wang, The Blonds made sure to include a solid amount of interesting people to their list and even Lil’Kim performed.
Fashion Week is now coming to an end, and we have had a blast covering the shows during the day and parties at night. To celebrate an amazing Fashion Week, TWELV Magazine is throwing their Fashion Week party tonight, and we will be sure to give you a great story on it when we wake up tomorrow.
