WALK THE LINE IN BLUE JEANS

Iconic, classic, crisp and blue; Levis 501 jeans are the epitome of American style. They’re easy to wear, comfortable and denim’s simplicity and versatility is loved by everyone. Often imitated never duplicated, Levis jeans are the signature fashion accessory in everyone’s closet. One might wonder how these beautifully made denim delights came to be; in 1853 Levis Strauss arrived in San Francisco and opened a wholesale dry goods business, selling clothing, blankets, handkerchiefs etc, to small general stores throughout the American West.
Lookbook.nu and Levis 501 collaborated to showcase a fresh, yet classic spin on traditional denim. May 9, the partnership was celebrated at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, NY. The space was filled with eye catching blue hues, and guests participated in bringing their jeans to be customized at the Tailoring Station. The Lookbook.nu and Levis 501’s collaboration has been much anticipated giving young self proclaimed style experts the opportunity to express themselves in Levis using the Lookbook.nu platform.
Levis 501 jeans can be seen on celebrities, presidents, rock stars and fashion icons, and the fit and feel makes you feel as if it was custom made for you. Go ahead and walk the line in a comfortable pair of blue jean.
