TWELV MAGAZINE "JAZZ NIGHT" PARTY

Last Friday, TWELV hosted its jazz party in its 38th street studios. A slew of models, designers, photographers, and make-up artists such as ANSONI made their way up to TWELV’s sixth floor suite as soon as the clock stroked 9pm. It was quite a treat to gaze at the fashion the invited guests donned. Shimmery, metallic, separates that had a liquid quality to leather shorts paired with crisps white shirts were a few of the effortlessly stylish looks that were seen at the party.
But the real action took place inside the studios. Guests mingled while soaking up the soothing tones of jazz that bellowed from the left corner of the room where the musicians played. As time passed, more and more people stumbled in to join the festivities causing some of the party to move into the hallways. Photographers navigated through the growing crowds attempting to capture all the beauty and activities taking place while everyone posed for photos.
It’s safe say that the attendees were releasing the stress of the workweek that had just ended and the 'Shochu' at the bar didn’t hurt either. The 1 am “ending” time did not stop the guests from enjoying themselves as the party carried on past the planned termination time. Frequent trips to the bar by everyone were probably the cause of that. The TWELV jazz party was a ball of fun, an eyeful of great style, and a gathering some of NYC’s fashion industry that created a sense of fulfillment in everyone that attended.
