MAVI FEATHER COLLECTION S/S2016

Mavi, who designs a full collection of denim and casual fashion founded in Istanbul in 1991, just launched “The premium FEATHER collection” as part of their 25th anniversary celebration on Monday, March 14th. Joining forces with Turkey's leading-edge denim fabric producer Orta, the Mavi Feather collection uses exclusive fabric created by the denim manufacturer to create the ultimate light and luxurious pants for Spring. The unique Alchemy finish, developed by Orta gives the fabric an extreme softness that is superfine and superlight. The denim is light, airy, and cool to the touch due to incorporating a novelty yarn mix of cotton, tencel, lyocell, and viscose. Feather also integrates power stretch technology with excellent recovery standards.
As part of Mavi's Dream Team for Spring 2016, leading the campaign are models Daisy Clementine, sister to Lucky Blue Smith, and Swedish beauty Frida Gustavsson. With three exclusive hues for mavi this spring, the collection comes in a variety of fits and styles.
