This autumn we will all be bowing to the queen as she rises in a new exhibit which will be held at The World Chess Hall of Fame Museum in St. Louis.
Carlos Miele Brings the Glamour Goddess to Miami for A/W2013

Brazilian designer, Carlos Miele, has been showing his eponymous collection for a decade at New York Fashion Week, but surprised the fashion industry when opting to show his AW'13 collection at Miami Fashion week. Miele made the locale change to Miami as its culture and climate are reminiscent of his Brazilian roots and he was also honored with the prestigious International Designer of the Year Award.
Miele's Brazilian heritage was showcased through his use of vibrant colors: a bold fuchsia dress, a red leather jacket and pant combo, a stand-out crimson halter dress and another highlight, a sapphire blue jumpsuit. Brown, black and white tones were a counter-point that dominated the runway; his black tuxedo jacket adorned with sequins, worn with sheer tops, and accessorized with clutches to achieve the luxurious look that the designer is known for in a new and innovative fashion.
For evening, Miele kept true to his signature draping in both the crimson halter dress and the fuchsia number; perfect pieces that the elegant Miele’s woman has come to expect season after season. His inspiration in landscape topography and architecture was displayed in various geometric pieces that are also sure to be a smash hit come fall.
