BEAUTY IN CONTRAST, A DAVID YURMAN EVENT

A glamorous rooftop soiree with America’s hottest model, Kate Upton, happened last Tuesday, July 30th to debut the new campaign for David Yurman “Beauty in Contrast” collection.
It was a beautiful summer night atop the roof above David Yurman’s headquarters in Tribeca. Guests came to gawk at the massive prints of one of the campaign’s esteemed cover girls, Kate Upton, while sipping drinks and rubbing elbows with the designer himself. Other notable guests mingling to the sounds of DJ Kiss were Nicole Trunfio, Jason Binn, Amy Astley, Eva Chen, Hal Rubenstein, and Alexis Bryan Morgan. Upton arrived dressed for the occasion, as the now classic American beauty that she is, elegantly dressed in black.
The campaign for the new collection, “Beauty in Contrast”, features four of the hottest models/actresses (Kate Upton, Dree Hemingway, Anais Mali, and Catrinel Marlon) in sensual black and white photos wearing Yurman’s designs. The concept for the fall collection was to create classic Yurman jewelry designs mixed with a modern and earthy edge. When speaking about the new collection, Yurman explains “through design, styling, and imagery, we tell a story of contrast in all its mesmerizing beauty… [for] beauty is always more intriguing in contrast.”
DJ Kiss pumped the tunes through the night while the beautiful guests danced against the city's background, celebrating the beauty in contrast.
