The runway is a facade for designers to stage their vision, the strictly choreographed back-and-forth of models shinning a never-ending flow of clothes.
ADOPTED X TWELV PARTY

Last Friday, ADOPTED and TWELV Magazine partnered up to host an exciting party at the ADOPTED headquarters in Soho. As the festivities began, the summer sun illuminated the space, highlighting the gloss on the hardwood floors, and making the bottles of alcohol at the bar glisten. The anticipation of what was to come could be felt by all in the room and both the ADOPTED and TWELV team couldn’t wait for the guests to arrive. As 6 o’clock struck, attendees started strolling into the party. It was as if they were waiting right outside the door to be let in. Everyone that came through those doors embodied their own style. The fashion spotted at the party embodied the effortless chic that New Yorkers are so popularly known for. It was enticing to watch. Some of the best looks were a white and sheer sweatshirt with the words “Parental Advisory” splashed across the chest paired with white jean shorts and black and white oxfords. The other was a black body-con dress paired with thigh-high suede boots. Who says you can’t where boots in the summer. Aside from the fashion, the party was a ball of fun. Guests were treated to an open bar and amazing food all night. The ADOPTED x TWELV collaboration was a success and we would like to thank you all for making that happen. Hope you enjoyed the party!
