50 SHADES OF TOM FORDS BOYS

Take a trip to the Tom Ford website before November 28, and you’ll be greeted by close up clips of sensual smooching providing the backdrop for a dramatic countdown clock. This is of course setting the stage for the release of Ford’s brand-new lipwear line, Lips and Boys.
The moniker may confuse some at first, but “Lips and Boys” is a reference to the men in Ford’s own life that he reveres, respects, loves or has been influenced by. Each of the 50 luscious shades in the collection has a name like Richard (after Ford’s partner Richard Buckley), or Colin (after A-lister Colin Firth). 36 of these “boys” are newcomers, 10 are already included in the current “velvet suede” collection, and 4 are from season’s past. Metallics, reds, violets and pinks all make appearances in this luxe lip-color lineup.
Priced at $32.00 each, these mini, or “clutch size” as Ford puts it, shades make perfect stocking stuffers for that special someone. Grab yours at www.tomford.com starting November 28 at 12:01 am for 4 days, and everywhere else starting December 26. But don’t delay, because like any worthwhile boy, they go quick!
