Casual but designed with bold thought, the Celine Baie des Anges collection makes its way to the woman's clothing zeitgeist this Spring/Summer 2022 season. The form fitting pieces, wonderfully crafted and with a vintage flair grab at the taste of the modern woman with an everyday style.
Entering his fourth year as the creative director at Celine, Heidi has molded a vision that defines cool and comfortable. Showcased in a breakneck 12-minute feature using the southern France architecture as outside runways, striped blouses, loose fitting hoodies, low waisted denim jeans, and clean sneaker models with platform midsoles are some of the casual but striking staples presented in this collection.
While these beautifully designed drapings have a little something for every occasion, what catches the eye are the several pieces that shine and shimmer. From gorgeous hand sewn sequins dresses and dazzling sweaters to bracelets and chain purses that come alive when sunlight hits them. Mr. Slimane has truly created an assortment of designs that not only capture youth, but also reflects an air of class.
So, who better to show that off than the emerging darling Kaia? Gerber can be seen gracefully sporting the brand-new Celine Cuir Triomphe chain shoulder bag in all black. Just released on the 25th, this new style along with the full Cuir Triomphe collection can be found in stores and on CELINE.com.
